Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch of vanilla sugar
  • 2 apples
  • 2 bulb(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the banana and cut into quarters. Place it in a blender with the milk, cocoa, honey, and vanilla sugar, and puree. Wash the apples and pears, cut into quarters, and remove the cores. Chop the fruit into small pieces and place it in a glass bowl. Pour the banana cream over it.
