Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 2 grapefruits
  • 1 tbsp honey (or sugar)
  • some lemon juice
  • some raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the kiwi and bananas and dice them. Wash the pear, quarter it, remove the seeds, and dice it. Wash, dry, halve, and scoop out the grapefruit flesh (the peels will be used for serving). Mix the prepared fruit with the remaining ingredients, fill the grapefruit peels, and garnish. Tip: If you arrange the peels on a dark plate, you can create beautiful decorations with stencils and powdered sugar!
