Protein porridge with berries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 100 g berries
  • 30 g protein powder, vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Combine the oats, milk, salt, and cinnamon and heat briefly in the microwave at approximately 600 watts. Stir briefly and cook in the microwave for another minute. Stir in the berries. Let cool. Mix in the protein powder and serve. Each serving contains approximately 500 kcal and 37.6 grams of protein.
