Spaghetti with cream and minced meat sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g spaghetti made from durum wheat semolina
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 200 g minced beef
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • 200 ml cream, fresh (without carrageenan)
  • 1 tbsp chives, cut into rolls
  • some salt
  • optional spice(s) of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

pseudoallergenic recipe

Cook the spaghetti in salted water as usual and drain. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the minced meat and onions. Now pour in the cream and add the chives and a pinch of salt. Mix the spaghetti and sauce. Tip: Unfortunately, pseudo-allergenic cooking doesn’t allow for many options. If you’re not subject to this, you can of course season it to your heart’s content.
