Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 thin flatbreads
  • 2 small sucuk
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 1 can of tomatoes, pureed
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

made easy and quick

Slice the mozzarella and garlic sausage. Combine the passata and seasoning in a measuring cup. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, spread the flatbreads with the tomato sauce and top with sucuk and mozzarella. Then bake the pizzas for 5 minutes. Be careful, the pizzas can burn quickly.
