Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g noodles (rice noodles)
- 3 bell peppers, colored
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 pack of cooked ham if required
- 1 ring/s of meat sausage
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp, leveled salt
- 1 tbsp, leveled pepper
- 1 tbsp, leveled curry powder

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Very tasty and light
Cook the rice noodles in boiling water for about 10 minutes (however you like your noodles). Clean and finely dice the other ingredients if necessary. Bring the dressing ingredients to a boil and let cool slightly. Mix the noodles and the other finely diced ingredients together, then pour the cooled dressing over them and let it sit for a few hours before serving. Tip: I make the salad the night before so it’s nicely marinated.
