Minced meat – zucchini – potato pan
- 1 Shallot
- 500 g Ground beef
- 1 Zucchini
- 500 g Sieved tomatos
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- Sweet paprika powder to taste
- Ital. Herbs dried to taste
- 1 bag Schupfnudel (refrigerated counter)
- Take a large pan and add the ground beef, chop without adding any fat and fry until crumbly. In the meantime, peel a shallot and chop it up in the lightning chopper. Add and let fry further. Wash the zucchini and slice it, add.
- Stir it and let it continue to fry. Then stir in the tomatoes, season with soy sauce, paprika powder, salt, gourmet pepper & Italian dried herbs. Season to taste and stir. Finally add the potato noodles and let them cook. Later serve everything in deep plates.
