The perfect minced meat – zucchini – potato pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Minced meat – zucchini – potato pan

  • 1 Shallot
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 500 g Sieved tomatos
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • Sweet paprika powder to taste
  • Ital. Herbs dried to taste
  • 1 bag Schupfnudel (refrigerated counter)
  1. Take a large pan and add the ground beef, chop without adding any fat and fry until crumbly. In the meantime, peel a shallot and chop it up in the lightning chopper. Add and let fry further. Wash the zucchini and slice it, add.
  2. Stir it and let it continue to fry. Then stir in the tomatoes, season with soy sauce, paprika powder, salt, gourmet pepper & Italian dried herbs. Season to taste and stir. Finally add the potato noodles and let them cook. Later serve everything in deep plates.
