Dessert with Red Fruit Jelly
The perfect dessert with red fruit jelly recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
simple panna cotta
- 500 ml Whipped cream
- 4 packet Vanilla sugar
- 5 leaf Gelatin
Red fruit jelly
- 1 kg Frozen berry mix
- 250 ml Water
- 250 ml Currant nectar
- 120 g Sugar
- 30 g Starch
Panna cotta
- Soak the gelatine in cold water.
- Bring the whipped cream and vanilla sugar to the boil briefly in a saucepan and simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the stove. Take the gelatine out of the cold water, squeeze it out well and add it to the still hot cream. Stir until the gelatine has completely dissolved.
- Fill the cream mixture into small molds and put in the cold for at least 4 hours.
- Turn the finished panna cotta out onto a dessert plate and serve with fruit and red grits.
Red fruit jelly
- Heat 6,100 ml of water and red currant nectar in a large saucepan. Add 600 g of berry mixture and sugar and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir the cornstarch into the remaining 150 ml of cold water and add to the fruits. Bring to the boil while stirring briefly and let cool down lukewarm. Then mix in the remaining berries and leave to cool in the refrigerator.
