Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 10 Maultasche(s) (veal Maultaschen) from the refrigerated section
- 650 ml tomato(s), pureed
- 2 can/n tomatoes, chunky
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp onion(s), dried
- 2 tsp garlic, dried
- 3 tbsp capers
- 4 tbsp Italian herbs
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp, heaped basil, dried
- 200 g buffalo mozzarella, diced
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix all ingredients, except the Maultaschen and buffalo mozzarella, together and place in a baking dish. Place the Maultaschen in the dish and top with the buffalo mozzarella. Bake for about 30 minutes. Serve with leaf salad.
