Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g pasta, cooked al dente
  • 1 small can of mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small can of peas, drained
  • 1 jar asparagus, fine, cut into 2 cm long pieces
  • 200 g ham, cooked, diced
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 100 g Miracle Whip light
  • 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • pepper
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

especially good with grilled food

Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Make a dressing from the sour cream, Miracle Whip, mustard, salt, sugar, and pepper, and then toss it into the salad. Add the diced onion and parsley and mix. Let stand for about 2 to 3 hours before serving.
