Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 250 g broccoli
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 400g penne
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 300 g chopped tomatoes (tetra pack)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Prepare the vegetables. Cut the bell pepper into strips and divide the broccoli into florets. Peel and dice the onion. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté the onion. Add the bell pepper strips and broccoli florets and sauté for about 4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the ground beef and stir until crumbly. Peel the garlic and press it in. Add the tomato pieces and simmer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, drain the pasta, let it drain, and mix in. Serve garnished with chives, if desired.
