Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 slice(s) pollack fillet(s) or wild salmon fillets, frozen
- 4 tbsp chili sauce, sweet (sweet chili sauce)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- some ginger, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the fish in a baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients together and spread over the salmon. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 15-20 minutes.
