Mixed wheat bread for the bread maker

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 g wheat flour, type 405
  • 100 g rye flour
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 370 ml water, lukewarm
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

Gradually add all ingredients to the bread maker’s baking tray. Set the bread maker as follows: Level 1 (regular bread) Browning level: medium or dark. Weight: 1250 g.
