Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 figs
- 1 small pear(s)
- 3 tsp honey to taste
- 3 tbsp almonds, chopped
- 3 tbsp pistachios, chopped

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes
for a casserole dish
Slice the figs. Core and slice the pear. Arrange both in a baking dish, alternating layers in a fan-shaped pattern. Drizzle with honey. Scatter the almonds and pistachios over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for about 10-12 minutes on the middle rack. This would also be a great accompaniment to a scoop of ice cream.
