Andi's "sweet chive rolls"

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 300 g flour
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 3 tbsp chives, in rolls (preferably fresh), approx., possibly more
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

tastes good not only for breakfast

Combine the quark with the milk and oil mixture and the egg. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add it, followed by the chives. Form small rolls, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack and enjoy. Can be eaten immediately after cooling.
