Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pear(s)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 300 g celeriac
- 100 g smoked ham, low-fat
- 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp cream
- some mustard, medium hot
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Paprika powder, sweet
- some lettuce
- 6 small cherry tomatoes
- some parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Bring 250 ml of water to a boil, add the sugar. Wash the pear, quarter it, remove the core, and add it to the boiling water. Cook for 8-10 minutes until soft, remove from the pan and let cool, then slice it. Cut the ham into thin strips. Grate the celery into thin strips and mix with the ham and nuts. Mix the mayonnaise with cream, mustard, and lemon juice, season with salt and paprika. Mix with the celery and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Line the plate with lettuce leaves, place the celery salad in the middle, and garnish with pear slices and tomatoes. Sprinkle with some parsley.
