Ham and minced meat rolls

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 10 slices of cooked ham
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 100 g shashlik sauce
  • 100 g Hungarian-style paprika sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Mix the ground beef with egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper to form 10 evenly spaced rolls. Roll each roll in a slice of ham. Place the ham rolls in a greased baking dish. For the sauce, combine the sour cream, cream, shish kebab sauce, and paprika sauce and pour over the rolls. Bake for 75-90 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat). Serve with rice and a green salad. Tip: You can also pour the sauce over fried meatballs and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
