Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g crabs (Büsumer)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 6 radishes
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

a delicious starter

Finely dice the onion and radishes. Mix the crab, onion, radishes, and dill tips. Then add a little olive oil and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Serve with baguette slices toasted in a little garlic oil. Tip: I don’t like too intense an onion flavor, as the delicate crab flavor is quickly lost. So I pour boiling water over the chopped onions and let them drain and cool after a few minutes before adding them to the other ingredients.
