Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ⅛ liter milk
- 150 g whipped cream
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 2 tbsp pesto
- salt and pepper
- 400 g gnocchi
- 200 g peas (frozen)
- 50 g bacon, sliced
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Preheat the oven (top/bottom heat 200°C/fan 175°C). Whisk together the milk, cream, Parmesan cheese, and pesto, and season with salt and pepper. Combine the uncooked gnocchi, peas, and the pesto-cream mixture in a greased baking dish. Tear the bacon into small pieces and spread on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
