Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tagliatelle pasta
- 2 cups of crème fraîche
- 1 cup of cream
- 3 cans of tuna
- 1 pack of grated cheese
- pepper
- Salt
- Paprika powder
- Garlic
- chives
- possibly milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Cook the pasta. Mix together the crème fraîche, cream, and seasonings. If it’s too thick, thin it out with a little milk. Add a little more seasoning, as the pasta absorbs a lot of the seasoning. Then place half of the pasta in a baking dish and spread the tuna on top. Pour half of the sauce over it and repeat. Finally, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 200°C until golden brown.
