Macaroni casserole with smoked pork

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 liter meat broth
  • 150 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 125 g Kasseler cold cuts
  • 75 g cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 75 g cheese (gratin)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs, frozen
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the macaroni in the boiling broth for 10-12 minutes. Then drain and set aside. Cut the smoked pork into strips. Mix the cream with the egg, cheese, salt, pepper, and herbs. Mix the pasta with the smoked pork and place in the greased casserole dish. Pour the egg, cheese, and cream mixture over the pasta. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes. Electric oven: 200°C Gas mark 3
