Leftover sausage salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g sausage, e.g. B. Paprika Lyoner
  • 2 Vienna sausages
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • n. B. Pickled gherkin(s)
  • n. B. Potato(s), boiled, if available
  • n. B. Herbs of your choice
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. sugar or syrup
  • cheese, if available
  • 3 tbsp oil of your choice
  • 2 tbsp vinegar or pickle juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Finely dice the sausage and mix with the diced onion and finely chopped garlic. Cut the potatoes into sticks or cubes and add them. Dice the cucumbers and add them to the sausage. Mix everything with the vinegar and oil, then stir in the spices and herbs. Tip: The ingredients can be varied as desired.
