Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 handful of sunflower seeds
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • e.g. breadcrumbs
  • n. B. Leftovers (sausage leftovers)
  • 1 large egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Wild garlic
  • n. B. Herbs of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Roast the sunflower seeds in a dry pan. Mix the minced meat with the other ingredients in a bowl until a smooth dough forms. Form the mixture into small meatballs and fry in a pan.
