Shrimp and Spinach Casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g shrimp(s), frozen
  • 450 g leaf spinach, frozen
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • possibly milk
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Let the spinach thaw slightly so you can pull it apart a bit (but it doesn’t have to… you can leave it in small blocks). Place half of the spinach in a lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle the spinach with salt and pepper. Distribute the frozen shrimp over the spinach. Then add the rest of the spinach. Pour hollandaise sauce over the spinach. Add milk beforehand if the consistency is too thick. Sprinkle the cheese over the sauce. Bake at 200°C for 45 minutes.
