Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 can of tuna
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- sage
- savory
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp sour cream
- 1 pinch(s) cumin
- 1 pinch of sambal oelek
- Paprika powder, sweet
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
e.g. as a filling for wraps, topping for pizza or oven bread and much more
Finely dice the onion and garlic clove and sauté with the chopped sage and savory. Add a teaspoon of tomato paste and sauté briefly. Add the tuna. Season with a pinch of cumin and a pinch of sambal oelek. Season to taste with paprika (it’s hard to overseason this), salt, and pepper. Finish with a dash of sour cream or crème fraîche. Use as a filling for wraps, as a topping for pizza or baked bread, and much more.
