- 2 tsp spice mix, Arabic (Baharat)

- e.g. coconut oil

Peel the peppers and onions and cut into bite-sized pieces. Heat the oil in a deep pan and sauté the vegetables over high heat. The vegetables should brown (toasted). Then add the baharat and mix everything thoroughly. Reduce the heat and cover the pan. If the vegetables are too dry, add a little water as needed. Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Season with salt.
