Noodle and minced meat casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 400 g cream
  • 400 g processed cheese
  • 1 point tomato(s), pureed
  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle in salted water until al dente. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and fry. Add the passata, cream, and processed cheese and bring to a boil until the cheese has melted. Transfer the pasta to a baking dish and pour the meat sauce over it. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20-30 minutes (depending on the oven type).
