Pepper-onion-sausage salad with mango dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g poultry sausage
  • ½ bell pepper(s), green
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 40 g mango juice
  • 30 g spirit vinegar
  • 50 g sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

Quick dinner

First, combine all the dressing ingredients and set aside. Deseed and dice the bell pepper. Peel the onion, halve it, and cut it lengthwise into three pieces, then cut it into strips. Now, cut the sausage into strips. Combine all the ingredients with the dressing in a bowl and mix well. Season to taste, arrange on the plate, and serve.
