Ingredients for 4 servings:
- Salad (lettuce or iceberg lettuce)
- 1 carrot(s)
- 5 radishes
- 5 slice(s) smoked turkey breast
- Parmesan
- Vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- oil
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the green salad and layer it in a bowl. Toss with white wine vinegar and oil, sprinkle with some Parmesan and freshly ground pepper. Thinly slice the carrots and radishes and layer them on top of the salad. Toss with white wine vinegar and oil, sprinkle with some Parmesan and pepper. Finally, place the turkey breast on top of the salad. Toss the salad just before serving—otherwise, the Parmesan will spoil the look. Another option: Grate the Parmesan over the plate at the very end.
