Vanilla sauce – quick & easy from vanilla pudding

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 24 g vanilla pudding powder
  • 2 tbsp vanilla syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 6 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 9 minutes

Mix the pudding mix with the sugar, take 4 tablespoons of the milk, and whisk it into a small bowl until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, remove from the heat, and stir in the pudding mix with a whisk. Let the vanilla sauce simmer for about 1 minute while stirring, then stir in the vanilla syrup.
