fruity pizza with tomatoes and mozzarella

Lightly fry the tomato paste in a little olive oil, peel and deseed the beefsteak tomatoes, chop them up, and add them to the pan. Season with salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar, and add herbs if desired. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, then season to taste. Prepare the dough according to the recipe and roll it out thinly on a baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough and then spread the pizza cheese evenly over it. Thinly slice the mozzarella and arrange it on the pizza. Slice the tomatoes for the topping and arrange them on the baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for 8-9 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven, garnish with a little oregano, and serve.
