Hoisin peanut dip

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 125 ml water
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter, no pieces
  • 100 g hoisin sauce
  • n. B. Peanuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

vegan, goes well with summer rolls

Heat the peanut oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the diced garlic and fry briefly. Slowly pour in 125 ml of water. Whisk in the peanut butter. Then stir in the hoisin paste and bring to a boil. Ladle into dipping bowls and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Goes well with summer rolls.
