Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 liter tomato juice
- 200 g tomato paste
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 tbsp, heaped parsley
- 1 tsp, heaped vegetable broth, instant
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
for pizza and pasta
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a little olive oil. Add the tomato paste and fry briefly to reduce the acidity. Deglaze with tomato juice. Season with spices and let it simmer briefly. We eat this sauce with pasta and also as a pizza sauce.
