Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 pack of lemon peel
  • 2 packs of orange peel
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 3:1
  • 1 liter of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cappuccino – Jelly

Peel the orange and slice thinly. Bring the orange slices to a boil in just under 1 liter of water with the grated lemon and orange zest, cinnamon, cocoa, and coffee. Simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Pour everything through a sieve and squeeze out any orange juice. Then let the liquid cool. Sprinkle in the gelling sugar and let it boil briskly for another 4 minutes. Test for settling. Remove the pan from the heat and immediately pour the jelly into the prepared jars. Seal the jars tightly and let cool upside down.
