Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g honey, clear (eg forest honey)
- 200 g marzipan – raw mass
- possibly vanilla pod(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Pour a jar of clear, preferably not too cold, honey into a mixing bowl. Cut the marzipan into small pieces and add it to the honey in the mixing bowl. Mix everything with a hand mixer, first on low speed and then on high for about 3-4 minutes, until the marzipan and honey are well blended. Finally, all you have to do is pour the finished marzipan honey into a suitable jar. If you like, you can refine the finished honey with vanilla. Simply slice a vanilla pod lengthwise and add it to the honey jar. Of course, you should then give the marzipan honey enough time to absorb the vanilla flavor.
