Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 onions
- 500 g mushrooms, fresh
- 60 g butter
- 250 g sour cream
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ½ bunch parsley
- Salt and pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Vegetarian, without garlic. A good side dish for stir-fried dishes
Finely chop the onions and fry in butter until golden brown. Stir in the cleaned and sliced mushrooms and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add the sour cream, season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and let it simmer for a while. Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle over the top. We like to serve it with grilled chicken thighs, but it also tastes great cold (with bread or for a cold buffet).
