Cooking cheese in the microwave

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bottle of Cremefine for cooking
  • 250 g butter
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 4 cheeses (Harzer Roller), cut into small pieces
  • 1 cheese (Limburger), cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • n. B. Caraway

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine all ingredients and microwave on high for 10 minutes. Then puree with an immersion blender.
