Peel and dice the onion and garlic, then sauté with 10g of rapeseed oil in a large pan over medium heat. Peel and finely dice the celery, and add it to the pan. Quarter the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and dice it finely, and add it to the pan. Clean the spring onion, cut it into small rolls, and add it to the pan-fried vegetables. Season with salt and pepper, stir everything into the mixture, and let it simmer with the lid on for about 15 minutes over low heat. Heat the remaining 10g of rapeseed oil in another pan over medium heat, add the diced dumplings, and sear on all sides. Finally, add the turkey strips, mix with the diced dumplings, heat briefly, and season to taste. Arrange on a dish of your choice, garnish, and serve.
