Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 ml juice (blackcurrant juice from red berries)
- 450 ml apple juice
- 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
- 1 kg gelling sugar, 1:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with a light Christmas touch
Combine both cold juices with the cinnamon and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. When the juice begins to boil, simmer for 4 minutes according to the package instructions. After 4 minutes, remove the cinnamon stick and immediately pour the juice into prepared twist-off jars and seal.
