Strawberry jam with Cointreau

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg strawberries
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp
  • 3 tbsp Cointreau

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Super delicious. Simply a delight

Wash and chop the strawberries. Place them in a large pot and mix with the gelling sugar. Bring to a boil briefly, then puree with a hand blender. Add the vanilla and Cointreau. Let everything simmer for about 3 minutes. Pour into prepared jars. I served it with freshly baked sunflower bread.
