Broccoli and ham salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can/n mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small jar salad mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

Wash the broccoli, divide it into small florets, and blanch it in salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain the corn and mushrooms. Cut the cooked ham into small strips. Combine all ingredients and season to taste.
