Bell Pepper Salad

The perfect bell pepper salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Red pointed peppers
  • 1 piece Spring onion
  • 1 teaspoon Wild garlic walnut pesto
  • 3 tablespoon Wild garlic oil
  • 2 tablespoon Bianco balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Knife tips Sea salt from the mill
  • 2 Knife tips Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 Knife point Sugar brown
  1. Wash the paprika, cut into quarters, clean and slice into fine strips with a cucumber slicer.
