Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 750 ml juice (plum juice)
  • ½ bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring
  • ½ bottle of bitter almond flavor
  • ½ tsp, sm. ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp, leveled anise, ground
  • 1 packet of gelling sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine the plum juice with the gelling sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook according to the package instructions. Remove from heat, add the spices, and stir well. Do not allow to boil again. Immediately pour into jars and seal. Turn the jars upside down for 5 minutes.
