Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 kiwi(s), (420g peeled weighed)
  • ½ lemon(s) , (juice)
  • 300 g gelling sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes

Peel and slice the kiwis, mix with lemon juice and sugar. Let stand for 24 hours to allow the fruit to release its juices. Then bring to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes. Pour into one large or several small jars and seal immediately.
