Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 mushroom
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 150 g beef, e.g. from the rump
  • some oil for frying
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 serving of homemade pizza dough (recipes in the database)
  • Flour for the work surface
  • 1 ½ tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 50 g mozzarella, grated
  • ½ bell pepper(s), orange or yellow
  • ¼ small onion(s), red
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • Coriander leaves
  • sesame

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

with delicious beef strips, sweet chili sauce and hoisin sauce.

Slice the mushroom, slice one-third of the chili pepper into rings, and chop the rest. Cut the beef into strips. Briefly sear the beef strips in a little oil, seasoning with pepper and salt. Roll out the pizza dough thinly on a floured surface. Mix the hoisin sauce with the sweet chili sauce and spread the mixture on the dough. Sprinkle 3/4 of the grated mozzarella over the dough. Slice the bell pepper and onion into strips, and slice the spring onions into rings. Then arrange the bell pepper, mushrooms, beef, all the chili pieces, the onions, the spring onions, and finally the remaining cheese on top. Bake the pizza on a preheated pizza stone at 275°C (550°F) for about 5 to 7 minutes, until the dough is crispy. After baking, sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seeds.
