Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 550 g pizza dough, homemade or ready-made
- 3 slices of Gouda
- 1 small can of pizza sauce
- 1 bag(s) of pizza cheese
- 10 slices of Sucuk (Turkish garlic sausage)
- 1 small jar of paprika, or fresh
- some mushrooms, sliced, fresh or from the can
- 1 can tuna in oil
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- n. B. Pepper
- Olive oil for the tray

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C (conventional). Thinly slice the onion, mushrooms, and garlic clove. Grease a baking sheet with a little olive oil. Place the dough on the baking sheet. Tightly roll the Gouda slices and tuck them into the edges of the dough (short sides; you can also add cheese to all four edges), pressing the dough down slightly. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, including the edges, and sprinkle with a little grated cheese. Spread all the other ingredients on top and finally top with the grated cheese. Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C on the middle rack for 15-20 minutes.
