Spread the love

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 200 g salami, sliced
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 150 g grated cheese, e.g. Gouda
  • 50 ml whipped cream
  • 4 sheets of pizza dough, from the refrigerated counter or homemade
  • 6 olives
  • 4 Pepper, hot
  • Pizza seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Dice the salami and ham and place in a bowl. Slice the olives and pepperoni and add them. Then add the grated cheese and mix everything together. Add the cream to this mixture and mix again. Season with the pizza seasoning. Place two pizza dough sheets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cut each sheet into 8 equal rectangles. Place a small amount of the mixture on each rectangle (there should be enough for 16 pockets). Then cut the remaining dough sheets into 8 rectangles each. Use these rectangles to close the pockets from the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on the desired browning. You can also turn on the fan-assisted oven shortly before the end of the baking time. Once cooled, the pockets can also be served as finger food.
