Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 m.-sized pineapple, fresh, cut into cubes
- 100 ml white wine
- 1 tbsp rum
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
For waffles, pancakes, and ice cream. With alcohol!
Puree two-thirds of the diced pineapple. Bring the remaining pieces to a boil with the sugar (depending on how sweet the pineapple is!) and the wine. Mix the warm pineapple pieces with the pineapple puree and season with rum. Chill.
