Spread the love

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 500 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 1 yeast
  • ¼ liter of lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Make the yeast dough, but don’t let it rise. Roll it into rolls, cut off pieces, and shape it into round or oval rolls. Let it rise for 30-45 minutes. Then bake in a preheated oven (200-230 degrees Celsius) for about 10 minutes. Now add grated cheese (e.g., Emmental) and bake for another 10 minutes. TIP: Be sure to use FRESH yeast. Dried yeast doesn’t work so well.
