Nut cake without flour

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 7 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 250 g hazelnuts, ground
  • ¾ pack of baking powder
  • 1 cup cake icing, chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy (until bubbles form). Add the nuts and baking powder. Finally, stir in the beaten egg whites. Spread into a greased 26 cm springform pan and bake for 350-400°C (350-400°F). Cover the cooled cake with chocolate icing.
